We make every effort to avoid increasing our prices during the calendar year. Unfortunately, we can’t always absorb our increased cost. So when price increases are unavoidable, you’ll be billed at the new price. But don’t worry – if your increase is substantial, we’ll get in touch with you for your approval.
We like to throw offers your way and watch your face light up. You should know, though, that offers can’t be combined. Also, web offers are just for web orders. That’s why we named them "web offers.”
If you’re affiliated with an accredited church, school, camp, or other institution, you can maintain an account with Guildcraft. To establish an account, your order must be made on a business letterhead or an official purchase order. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice and charged to your account. Payment on open accounts is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice. We reserve the right to impose a 10% finance charge on any account not paid within 60 days. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, as well as personal organization checks and money orders. Heads up: there will be a $25 fee imposed for returned checks. When paying by check or money order, remember to add estimated shipping and handling of 15% to your order (for orders outside the contiguous United States, please call for estimate). And keep in mind that there’s a minimum charge of $8.75 on credit cards orders. Shipping and handling costs will be added to your invoice and charged to your card. If for some odd reason, you want to return a product you purchased, you can. All merchandise must be returned in good condition and accompanied by a return authorization number issued by a customer service representative. Customers are responsible for return freight, except in the case of an error on Guildcraft part. Closeout items cannot be returned.
We want you to be happy. If anything was lost, mistakenly left out of your order, or damaged in shipping, just let us know within 10 days of the receipt of your order and we’ll replace it immediately.
