  3. What is Guildcraft's return policy?

    Hassle-Free Returns

    If you need to return an item for any reason, we’ll take it back. Many of our competitors have a 30 day return policy or charge a restocking fee; you won’t find those at Guildcraft! All items must be in original condition. To return an item, please see the instructions on the back of your packing slip included with your order.

  4. Will you bill my organization?

    Easy Billing for Qualified Organizations

    If you’re ordering on behalf of a hospital, camp, church, school, recreation program or other recognized organization, we can usually bill your organization (our terms are net 30 days from invoice date). To set up a billing account, please call 1-800-345-5563.

    For other orders, we request prepayment by check, money order or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

  5. How much is shipping?

    Standard shipping charges are listed in the chart below. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please estimate 35% (minimum $15.95) for Priority Mail. Some orders may be billed additional charges due to their weight.

  7. Do you ship to Canada?

    To place an order that will be shipped to Canada, please call 1-800-345-5563, ext. 111 or fax your order to 1-800-550-3555, Attention: Terri. There is a minimum of $200 USD for orders shipped to Canada. Shipping is estimated at 25% with a minimum of $45.95. Out of stock items will not be backordered unless the total value of the backordered items exceeds $100. Please be aware that there can be significant charges for duty and brokerage fees, which are not included in our shipping charges. (We will be happy to have the order processed through your broker of choice.)

    We do not have a minimum order amount. There are no "extra service charges" at Guildcraft, no matter how large or small your order may be.

    We collect sales tax on shipments to New York state taxable residents and organizations only.

    If your organization is in New York state and is tax-exempt, please mail or fax a copy of your exemption certificate with your first order.
